This website
kinovst.com uses no analytics, no ads, no trackers and no external fonts. The hosting provider (STRATO) keeps technical log files, such as your IP address and the time of your visit, to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies
No tracking or advertising cookies are used, so there is no cookie banner. Downloads go through Dropbox, which may set its own cookies.
Licence codes
For a Pro or Epic code we process: your name or user name, e-mail address, the code, the IP address the code is used from, a technical identifier of your computer (to enforce the 2-computer limit) and the date and time of activations. This is needed to provide the licence (performance of a contract) and to prevent misuse (legitimate interest). The data is stored on KinoCUT’s own server in the Netherlands and kept as long as the licence exists, plus up to 1 year.
If you e-mail us, we use your details only to answer you and keep them for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, object to processing and ask for a copy. Send an e-mail to info@kinocut.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your country.
